Time To Call In My Chips - Posted by: Marlene, Aug 17,1999 I'm going to admit Natalie today. This high fever/vomiting is getting worse, not better. They, the docs. concurred that if this was a viral infection she would be on the mends by now. Therefore, she needs to be completely checked out--esp. her organs-- and more than mommy monitored at this point. Today she is especially ill. I called her doc and said it's time to start some TPN and find out the source of all this. The hospital I'm admitting her in is quite a ways from our home, (long story). Therefore, I'm signing off-- for hopefully a short time--- please keep her in your prayers. Marlene |
