my "asthma" kid is getting scoped next week because he has started passing a fair amount of blood. he has been undiagnosed and ill for going on 4 years now. it has mostly been the asthma, so we didn't look further. he now is presenting with a handful of disturbing symptoms that no one can figure out either.
i presented with joint pain and other things and was not properly diagnosed until i started having massive d. and bleeding. then *ding* lightbulbs for the doctors. i am wondering more and more if it wasn't a greater issue (like autoimmune something)now. i actually brought up ibd 2 years ago and was ignored largely.
