We've managed to shave off some time by pre-medicating (Claritin and Tylenol) just before we leave home and calling the hospital infusion room when while we are waiting for the Dr (our pedgi or his NP sees Conor before every infusion) then they go ahead and mix up the remi so we don't have to wait.
